At Heart of Christ, we focus on the health of the whole person – caring for each and every patient spiritually, physically and emotionally.

• Patients and visitors can spend time in prayer and reflection in a  beautiful onsite chapel. Staff can offer prayers on their behalf, and Mass is even offered in the chapel.
• We offer same-day appointments for patients in need.

At the Heart of Christ clinic, we accept most health insurance plans, offer comprehensive care and treatment for the whole family, and provide warm referrals to additional needed services such as dental and specialty medical services like cardiology and urology. Our attentive and empathetic providers offer care coordination to ensure that patients have a truly integrated health and wellbeing experience.
